I have read some where that BMC is now recommending setting up the CTI as Verb, Noun, Noun in 7.0 I squeezed the last drop of brain fluid out of my head but still can not think of more than two verbs for my categories that I can use at work. Has anyone used the Verb, Noun, Noun and willing to share the Categories?
