Hello everyone,

 

Can anyone tell me about the SLA flow in terms of all filters and active
links for the following actions:

1.      SLA is created (any values that are pushed to any forms and all the
filters which carry out this activity)
2.      SLA gets attached to a ticket(all the forms in which any entry goes
and the filters which drive this)
3.      A different sla gets attached to ticket because of changing some
field on ticket(e.g. a) priority is changed b)Category c)Group)

 

 

I am on ITSM 6.0.

 

If there is any doc which contains this info please fwd it to me.

In the remedy SLA User Guide as well as SLA nstall and Config Guide I could
not find this information.
