Hi all, Can one of you tell me that Is there a tool which can be used to backup the entire Remedy Service Desk System. We have implemented 3 -tier architecture (APP,Web,DB). We want to back up the database ,Web and the Application servers. We have Linux AS 4 As the OS in all servers. Currently we do backup by folder level.
