It is a database error being fired by SQL Server. You could try searching google by the text "SQL Server 21". This is the text mentioned in the bracket after the error. I am not a database expert so I dont know much of what happens at the database end in the background. But somewhere down, I am having a feeling that both error numbers are related somewhere or the other to increasing the database log size and data size (or probably table space, or whatever they call it). Hope it helps you out. But I could not find any description about 823. Failure during SQL operation to the database. An SQL database error occurred during an operation against the database. An associated error message contains the full text of the error message from the database. The error is often a message about running out of space in the database log or data area. You can correct this by increasing the size of the data area or by flushing or increasing the size of the log area.
