I have AIE 7.1 installed on an AIX 5.3 server using Oracle 10g. I am using the Oracle link to build my data exchange and mappings and all of that appeared to have set up fine. I am able to retrieve a list of tables and all the columns from the source database. The issue occurs when I try to verify the exchange and I get the following error.
Verify DataExchange: 'BMC Test' Error on tab: '' **** Data Handler failed to load: /opt/apps/remedy/apps/aie/bmc/apps/aie/uscobrmfa-at-06-0/service/bin/ora dpr.so.1. **** (ARNOTE 10000) The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link EIE:ST-ClickGetStatusButon02 -- action 1. (ARNOTE 1101) I checked all the database information and settings and it looks good.
