You can just use the Remedy SNMP Agent. I guess you would need to supply the MIB file that is also included to the monitoring team so they can import it in their tool. You can re-run the AR System installer to install the SNMP agent if you have not done so in the first place. Please refer to the "Installing" guide for more information.
