Hello,

I was wondering if anybody tried to implement what I would call "dynamic
fulfilment process" for service requests.
What I mean is that the fulfilment process (i.e. generated Incidents, Work
Orders etc.) may differ depending on what the user selects when raising the
service request.
For example, if the new starter form offers to create user account in several
different systems/applications, then a work order would be created for each
selected system and assigned to teams who look after those systems. The process
then should work similarly for leavers.
At the moment, I do not see any way to achieve this, but it does not mean there
is not a way.

Thanks for your help and suggestions as always.
