Hi Fernando, I don't fully understand your issue but am interested in it as we are using BMC Topology Discovery and also wanted to have our own Tier 1-3 values.
Did you enable best practice categorisation? We didn't so I have no experience of this in operation. We also don't use Change Management so I don't understand what happened to your categorisation when you installed it. Maybe if you can explain this a different way I might be able to overcome the Monday morning blues and understand your issue! We are using the Product Catalog Alias to convert discovery Tiers.
