Joe, When you access /arsys/home the system performs a redirect to /shared/login/login.jsp and in the process it loads two java modules/functions. When you navigate directly to /shared/login/login.jsp those modules/functions don't get loaded so when you try to login and the login script calls one/both of the functions they aren't available. I may not be describing this accurately since I am not intimately familiar with Java...but I did trace this a few years back when we were on 6.3 and thats what I came up with. -Eli
