Hello, We have one business, however we have two seprate subdivisions that are financially independent.? For example?Enterprise Corp and Enterprise Ltd.??The business is? considering implementing Remedy.? I know you can run two instances of Remedy ITSM on one server.? Is there a way to run the two applications independently so that the Administrator of Enteprise Corp could not impact or destroy any configurations of Enterprise Ltd.?
I know if the server were shut down it would affect both companies.? We are trying to determine if we should set up two separate environments or share the environment between the two entities.?? How can we set this up so that?the resources?administering the Remedy servers do not step on each other or wipe out?the other?division's data? I know thru the Company?foundation data you can configure two companies.?
