Hi everyone... I need to understand how mid-tier ( 5.1.2 or 7.x ) manages license with webservices. For exemple. I have 100 users ( floating ) consuming remedy webservices and they need to change tickets. Will the Remedy Server hold the user licences waiting the time-out or the webservices performs the logout after send the response ?
