Kathy, I don't know what tool they are talking about, but you do need to be sure that any fields you add to the console also exist in that source form (which I can't remember the name of) that contains all of the fields in the Console - sort of like SHR:ConsolidatedList was in HD 6. And then add those fields to copies of the Filters the Console uses to push the data into the Interface_Create form, etc. It's not as easy as we'd like it to be, but it can be done.
