You don't need a third party - you just need to re-work the workflow to populate those fields on the RQC:ServiceRequestWizard Form - which pushes to the SRM:Request Form that has the fields. We did the same thing - we only use 1 of the Operational and then 2 of the Products at this time.

And then add those fields to copies of the Filters the Console uses to push the data into the Interface_Create form, etc. It's not as easy as we'd like it to be, but it can be done.
