We have Remedy AR Server 7.0 with Incident Management, Asset Management 7.x
in it.
We have configured customers also in our Remedy environment using
"Application Administration Console"
We are working on auto tickets generation (tickets that are created by auto
alarms form BMC Patrol, and after enrichment from BEM arrives in Remedy.)
The tickets are coming for a default company name "Remedy, a BMC Software
Company" with customer names as "BMC Impact Manager".

We want to get auto tickets to be generated against different customers with
their respective customer login profiles.
Please let me know how to achieve this.How can we filter out this tickets
against different customer names.
We had also installed IBRSD AR module on remedy machine, which is pre
requisite for auto tickets.

Has anyone any clue on IBRSD customization or how it can be achieved?
