Brent,

There is the Reconciliation Engine, which might be an option, though that
only cleans the data you have.  If your feeds are the problem, RE might not
be able to fix that completely.  It will also take some time to configure
properly to do what you want, too, if it's even possible.  I would estimate
that you would need a minimum of a week, and probably more, to clean the
data this way.

One quicker, though more drastic, option you might consider would be to
correct the feed duplication issues, then have them feed into a new dataset
that would be kept as clean.  Then remove the other datasets and point
everything to the new one.  I haven't tried that, and I'm leaving out a lot
of details, but it seems as though it would work.  You might lose the Asset
history that way, unless you account for that somehow.
