Yes we did.
I didnt actually perform the change but I think in the login.jsp on the Mid
Tier server you have to edit and add the following javascript code (shown in
blue below):
<input name="username" maxlength="30" id="username-id" value=""
class="loginfield" size="30" type="text"
onChange="javascript:this.value = this.value.toLowerCase();">

Has anyone tweaked the Mid Tier login to convert the user name to all lower
case? We have so many users with this problem. Why is the ID field case
sensitive in the first place?
