We are looking Remedy Developer & Administrators with a secret clearance or the ability to be cleared for several projects in Texas and Alabama area. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the developing of the BMC Remedy (ITSM) application. The candidate must have experience in installation, configuration and customization of Remedy 6.x, and have knowledge of the 7.x application. Must have experience using the Remedy Help Desk, Asset, Change Management and the ability to work with other products as needed. Experience and the ability to work on multi-server level environments is highly preferred and the ability to administer SQL Server and Oracle databases. Candidate should also have strong communication skills both oral and written.
