Are there any best practices or rules for when to use what relationships 
between items in ITSM 7.x.  For example, we are relating our service to any 
incident or request that is related to that service in any way.  We've been 
using "Related to" for the relationships of the incidents to the CIs, but 
someone pointed out we might want to be using "Impacts."  I know some of the 
relationships have workflow attached to them (like "Original of" and "Duplicate 
of" for incidents), but I'm not sure I have a complete list of these (the ones 
with workflow attached) either.

I haven't been able to find documentation on these items, but, of course, I 
could have just missed it.  Any input would be appreciated.
