We had a couple problems: 1. Importing service targets with actions: The actions DO NOT get imported to the destination server. I had to rebuild them all. BMC recommended the latest patch release to fix this (SLM 7.1, patch 1), but we're too close to implementation to patch right now. (Still smarting from a bad patch 6 experience)
2. A handful of service targets would not start properly. They would attach, but not start per the definition. Again, the BMC recommendation was to rebuild. This e-mail and its attachments are confidential and solely for the intended addressee(s). Do not share or use them without Fannie Mae's approval.
