A user asked me if it was possible to setup our emails that are sent on the 
Breach of a SLM target as Important (basically with the ! Point flagged so that 
the email is flagged as urgent).

I thought it seemed easily possible by setting the Priority field in the Alert 
or Email action to "High" for a Delivery Method of "Email".

However when I had the email sent out it came out as a regular email that was 
not flagged as important.

I think if I can get the SLM milestone action to create the record in AR System 
Email Message in that table with Priority set to "3" I can get the email out 
flagged as important but it doesn't seem like you can configure the SLA 
milestone appropriately.

Has anyone been able to determine how to do this?
