Actually, it looks like for outlook which is what we use the AR System Email Message record needs to be generated with a Priority of "1". For some reason incoming emails that are flagged as important are Priority "3" but if you want to send an outgoing high importance email and have it seen as high you have to set the outgoing AR System Email Message priority to "1". Go figure.
However, I don't know how I can configure an SLM milestone action to do this. Point flagged so that the email is flagged as urgent). I thought it seemed easily possible by setting the Priority field in the Alert or Email action to "High" for a Delivery Method of "Email". However when I had the email sent out it came out as a regular email that was not flagged as important. I think if I can get the SLM milestone action to create the record in AR System Email Message in that table with Priority set to "3" I can get the email out flagged as important but it doesn't seem like you can configure the SLA milestone appropriately. Has anyone been able to determine how to do this?
