Rajeev, The Display name is configured in the form "AR System MailBox Configuration". So you can change the display name to the email address by which it will display the email address rather than the Name. Hope this answers your query. Thanks & Regards, Chetan Shinde

We have configured the email Engine to accept Incoming Messages. The integration with the xchange Server(2003) works fine, but shows the Display Name ( Last Name, First Name) in the "From" Section on the Email Messages form. ( Note this is for incoming emails). We would like to authenticate the email based on the email address rather than the Name. Is there a way that we could get the email address in this field. Is this an exchange setting or a Remedy configuration that we can tweak.
