The strange behavior is happening on both the user tool and the mid-tier. We're running ARS & ITSM 7.0.01 patch 003.

It works with all of the other columns, but nothing happens when the summary column is clicked. Our test box is working fine and the sort is correct on that install. Any thoughts?
