I'm trying to find a couple of utility programs to run and hoping that someone
may have some suggestions on where to find them: 1. A program that will make it easier to read the contents of any of the many log files that are available under a full 7.x ITIL system. 2. A program that will display the version and patch level of each component of a fully configured/installed Remedy 7.x ITIL system.
