I need some solution and suggestion from you all.
We have 2 different versions of Remedy Server. Server 1 is on ARS 7.0 and 5.5
Applications and the server 2 is on the ARS 7.1 and 7.1 Applications.
Here is the requirement: User will log Help Desk tickets into Server 1 and
these tickets need to be transported to the Server 2 as a incident ticket that
will be worked by level 1 support, all updates on the Server 2 incident ticket
need to be send to the Help Desk ticket on the server 1 and will be appended to
the work log. My question here is, how do I make these two server to talk to
each other.
Suggestion and solutions appreciated.
