Hello, In the older versions of Service Desk (formerly known as Help Desk), there were out of the box Escalations that could be configured through configuration manager that would use the RSM:Escalation form. In looking in my Service Desk 7.0+ installation, I see CFG:Escalation, but cannot find the where the option is to configure it using the Application Administrator. I searched through the ITSM 7 Configuration Guide but could not find anything. Did they get rid of out of the box escalations for the ITSM apps or is there something funky with my installation? Or does it require the SLA module now?
