Yes, they dropped them, so you either buy and use SLM 7.x or create
custom ones of your own.  The would not be that hard to recreate since
they were only dumb letter bombs (that did not follow the assignment if
it changed), so you could actually do better than that with some custom
escalations.  We use SLM 7.1.

Hello,

In the older versions of Service Desk (formerly known as Help Desk),
there were out of the box Escalations that could be configured through
configuration manager that would use the RSM:Escalation form.  In
looking in my Service Desk 7.0+ installation, I see CFG:Escalation, but
cannot find the where the option is to configure it using the
Application Administrator.  I searched through the ITSM 7 Configuration
Guide but could not find anything.  Did they get rid of out of the box
escalations for the ITSM apps or is there something funky with my
installation?  Or does it require the SLA module now?
