I dug into this during a workshop with a potential client and determined that it can be done by reviewing the existing workflow and do the following.
Add New Task Type field. Any suggestions on how to progress a task during the plan & schedule phase of the change request? We do not want to create a related CR to track the activity...that seems cumbersome to the team.
