To answer the original question, AIE is not included with AR System 7.1.00. Those customers who either purchase CMDB or receive it as part of a larger solution package will also receive AIE for use with the CMDB. The AIE provided with these solution packages is intended for use in populating the CMDB (i.e. it is not licensed for use directly to AR System). Those customers wishing to integrate an external data source directly with AR System using AIE would need to purchase AIE separately. This packaging model will remain moving forward - i.e. there are currently no plans to include AIE with AR System 7.5.00 either. Thanks, -David J.
