If you are wondering about getting AIE for no charge - AIE is bundled with the ITSM apps that use the CMDB (Service Desk, Change Mgmt, Asset Mgmt) or with the CMDB enterprise version. It is included free for the purposes of piping data into the CMDB. For other uses, or for non-ITSM apps, you would need to purchase it. So it is not included with AR System 7.1. Of course, you can always check with your sales rep for clarification.
