I am on ARS 7.1, ITSM 6.0, CMDB 2.0.1 patch 4, oracle 10g

I am unable to add a new asset either directly to ast:computer system
from file>>Open>>Object list or thru track assets>>computer
system>>Create on our test server. I can create new asset records on
our development and production server. Something is different on our
test server and I need assistance on where to look for that difference.

Here's what happens on our test server when I try to create a new asset.
I fill in all required fields on ast:computer system and press Save.
During the save process, a message appears -- No matching requests (or
no permisson to request) for qualification criteria. arwarn 1200. I
click OK. The save button on the bottom left of the screen disappears
and the Search button is displayed. The record is not saved. When I
perform the same steps on development or production, the warning message
does not appear and the record is saved.

I went into the cmdb, BMC_base element and compared the system and
required fields permissions. They are the same on development, test and
production. On our test server I can manually add a record in
BMC.CORE:BMC_BaseElement and in BMC.CORE:BMC_ComputerSystem_. When I
search for a record in BMC.CORE:BMC_ComputerSystem, no record is found.

When I compare logs from test server and development server, the
difference is filter cmdb:instance:InvokeCMDBEngine01. On our
development server (this is where it works), set fields shows a list of
+WF.. starting with +WFGS ARIWFGetSchema with values. Then the set
fields phrase Application-.Invoke-External-Filter bmc.cmdb.cmdb.engine
Phase1.. is there with a blank for the returned vlue. The +WF.. portion
is not displayed on our test server. I see the set fields as with
Application-.Invoke-External-Filter bmc.cmdb.cmdb.engine Phase1 as in
the filter. The value returned is blank. But no +Wfg.. values are
shown.

I also tried importing data into AST:ComputerSystem on our test server.
No data was imported. No messages were in the import log file.

Also when I logged onto the test server this morning I got a
reconciliation error. Looked in the armonitor.log and shows that
arcmdb.exe came up ok, but arrecond.exe died with 3221225477 and
referenced msvcr71.dll

Any help provided is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
