All, Did I miss the memo? (or patch)
The "Definitive Software Library" (DSL) data that ITSM Service Desk v7.0.02 patch 005 installed with does not appear to have any AR system (AKA: Remedy) software listed in the DSL. Is there a patch for the DSL data that includes all of the BMC software? (I am only seeing "Marimba Tuner" and "Support Magic" on my "Definitive Software Library Console" for the 'Manufacturer' = "BMC Software Inc." .) Is it just me who finds it strange that a software vendor forgets to add it's own software products to a set of DSL data that it is distributing? ( Or did I do something wrong and the install is buggered up in some way?)
