I'd like to try running our Remedy databases on SQL Server instead of Oracle. Conceptually, it's pretty simple:
1: export all forms and data from existing Oracle database
2: reinstall ARS pointing to new, empty SQL Server database
3: import all forms and data from step 1

It appears I can use either native export/import or the Migrator tool. However, with the existing database being 26Gb, this is a bit cumbersome.

Has anyone worked through this, and have words of advice on how to make steps 1 and 3 manageable?
