He's definitely right.  Unfortunately, I've been told by Sun multiple
times that binaries/applications compiled for Solaris SPARC are not
compatible with Solaris x86.  Moving AR System to Solaris x86 would
therefore be a "port" and not just a testing/certification effort.  
 
At this time, there are no plans to move AR System to Solaris x86.
There is an open discussion about perhaps considering porting to Solaris
x64 in a far future release, but at this time the market demand is not
high enough to have it officially on the roadmap.

That is correct. It is Solaris 10 OS x86. You might be right. I thought
it might be an issue with oraload library, which doesnt seem to exist on
x86 platform.
