WE have an email interface which is creating ticket in remedy system. But
yesterday I got following error:
length longer than AR_MAX_ACCESS_NAME_SIZE

I got this error only for one record .We are using ARS 6.3 on oracle 10g.my
application is custom built application. Login name and password are less
than 30 characters.
Can anybody help me to sort out this issue?
