Atul, BMC released some enhancements and fixes to webservices in version 7.0.01 Patch 004. Because of this you will need to downgrade AR System to 7.0.01 Patch 003 or earlier OR upgrade Mid-tier to 7.0.01 Patch 004 or later and AR Admin to 7.0.01 Patch 004 or later.
