Not only do I have active support with TuringSMI and we happen to be working on a nasty Audit issue currently, I just installed licenses Monday purchased via TuringSMI. I am VERY pleased with their support.
My BMC Account rep was partnered in the transactions which included the 10/1/08 support renewal and the license purchases with TuringSMI. It bothers me that someone is using this list for harmful purposes and doesn't even identify who they are. If you have something to say be a man (so to speak) and be upfront with everyone.
