Hi Group, Does anyone know of a way to modify all User's Application Preferences in ITSM 7? I want to hide the Vendor and Finance tab from the Incident form. The check boxes I need to access for all user's is on the Application Preferences form. I can change my own preferences and also the default, but when I open the CTM:CFG-ApplicationPreferences form, I cannot see any entries but my own and the default. I even tried doing a Clear All before searching. I updated the deafult entry, but that should only affect new users that are added to the system and not the existing ones. Any help would be appreciated.
