1) Don't use the AREA Auth, just ARDBC LDAP Config. 2) Remedy service is a domain account. The account hasn't changed. It was working yesterday. I did change the password on the account, and then in the ARDBC config form, just to rule out account expiring (although it gives a more specific error message if this is the case).
3) AD Account is enabled, it's my login account. 4) The people who control the Domain Controller are not working today, as it is Saturday. Do you have the ability (or have a resource that does) to view the logs on the DC to see if there is any sign of your account/server connecting?
