I'm building a widget to sit on a desktop that queries using the .NET API to display open tickets from the Help Desk, Infrastructure Change, Problem Investigation, and Work Orders forms for a given user and their primary group. I am having a small challenge trying to figure out how to retrieve table items such as Approvers for Changes, Related CI's, etc. Does anyone know of way to retrieve this info or have a reference they can point me to?
