All, We recently updated the SSL certificates on our IMAP e-mail servers from root certificates to intermediate certificates, why I am not sure, this was decided by other group.
Since then, incoming e-mail to ARS has not been working. In the emaild.sh.log file, there is the error: "SEVERE: unknown certificate." This error message appears twice every time e-mail is checked. My guess is it is related to the intermediate certificate. Does anyone know if ARS emaild works with intermediate certificates or only with root certificates? Any other suggestions? Everything worked fine until the new certificate was applied to the IMAP server.
