John, we are having a similar situation. My server is at Patch 22, but the Midtier is at 20. Any ticket that comes in from the midtier is one hour off.
Anybody else seeing this? According to the DST docs on BMC's website, Patch 20 is sufficient (although patch 21+ is desired).
