We encountered similar issues when installing on a 64 bit Windows environment however, our install was at patch level 004. This sounds like a server name resolution issue. Is the Server Name parameter in the ar.cfg file FQDN? If so, try using just the server name instead. I have tried downgrading to ARS 7.1 patch 4 but no use. Other observation. -------------- 1. I can use User Tool to open any form. There is no issue in opening forms and updating or creating entries. 2. When tried logging via mid-tier getting error ARERR[623] Authentication Failed. So can some body provide some hint/clue toward the resolution of this issue?
