The AR
Server gets restarted at regular Mon Nov 03terval of time.
Mostly
tickets were logged to the remedy through web services. 700 users are
concurrently logged Mon Nov 03to the remedy system and on an average 40,000
tickets are logged every day.
The
environment is
ARS
7.0.1 patch 8,
OS
is Solaris, Web server is Tomcat 5.0.28, and Database is ORACLE 10g.
