Hopefully this is simple, but I'm trying to query 5 oldest open tickets in my queue. I know I can query all my open tickets and sort on the Create Date to get the top 5 oldest tickets but I only want 5 oldest open tickets returned in the results panel. I have this in the advanced search bar: 'Assigned To Group+' = "Remedy" AND 'Status*' < "Resolved" AND ?
