All, Both a colleague and myself have seen this behaviour fairly consistently ...
In the admin tool, go to Add/Remove licenses, and select the AR Server. License type shows up correctly with all the relevant details, and shows a type of "Server". Leave it for a while, other windows over the top, then come back and instead of showing type as "Server", its decided to show "Demo". Bizarre, and not quite end-of-the-world stuff, but its ever so slightly disturbing.
