We've experience issues with the SLM import/export tool.  We are running SLM 
7.0 with ITSM 7.0.03 patch 7.  It is unreliable, even when we do things in the 
correct order (ie. service targets before SLAs, etc).  Has anyone had greater 
success with this on SLM 7.1?  Has anyone figured out the trick so it always 
works perfectly in any version?
