Hi Joe, Thanks for responding. We have the ARSystem install, but not the client tools install. We need the licensing tool, or the knowledge of how it was done back then. BMC has been helpful and gave us a 5.1 licensing tool, it's supposed to be compatible, but we're getting an ARERR 91 RPC procedure unavailable. Which makes me think it's a different way of licensing. We can wait until Thursday. I have the new machine installed and we're testing it. We had planned to move it tomorrow, but we'll wait until Monday. Veanna
