Our load isn't all that heavy, I think I will just have to try it as see how it goes. Have you noticed any slowness using mod_jk with Apache. Seeing as they are both maintained by Apache Software Foundation I wouldn't be surprised if mod_jk and Apache work better together than mod_jk and IIS.
