Has anyone come across configuring the reports to work for mid-tier using Tomcat instead of IIS. The install/admin guide for Mid-tier only describes how to do it via IIS and not Tomcat. In reading the guide, I understand a virtual drive needs to be setup for IIS but just wondering if anyone has any documentation or a guide on the steps needed to configure this. Users are getting error ARERR 9260 even when trying to print an existing ticket. We are running 7.1 client & latest mid-tier on patch 5. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
